4:00 to 5:30- Fridays beginning 10/12 ($30 a class/per class. Special: buy 3 classes, get one FREE- that’s 4 classes for $90!)
If yours is the kid that loves our camps & workshops but always seems to put their own spin on it or if your house is over-run with projects in progress, THIS is the club for your artist! Any creative kid will love this! Rather than have a theme to go rouge from, Miss Karen will be leading the artists in an exploration of a different medium each week, and then be helping the kids develop their own ideas into a finished product. Kids that are signed up for all four weeks will have the opportunity to help Miss Karen pilot our new Art Journaling program, and get a sketchbook as a free bonus!
Friday 10/12- Clay workshop- Learn or improve clay hand-building techniques like pinch pot, slab, & coil. What will you make?
Friday 10/19- Glass Fusing Workshop- Miss Karen has tons of cool glass pieces to use to create whatever you can imagine. What can you imagine?
Friday 10/26- Bisque Technique Workshop- start with our small mug, bene bowl, or 6″ tile & try something new. We’ll be offering stamps, silk-screening, bubble art, wax resist, marble painting, feather painting, & whatever Miss Karen thinks of next!
Friday 11/2- Canvas Workshop- Miss Karen will set up a fun, snacky still-life that you can paint in the style of your choice, or you can choose your own subject. Either way, we’re eating the extra snacks! Acrylic paints stain & are permanent. Smocks are provided, but please dress accordingly.
